The Town of Rutland Open Book will be held at the Rutland Town Hall on Monday, August 9, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Noon) and from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.. Open Book is an informal meeting with the assessor to ask questions and review assessment records.  Property Owners are encouraged to attend this Open Book with the Town Assessor to verify the assessment of their property following the computer assisted revaluation.  Many questions and corrections can be resolved at the open book eliminating the need to attend the Board of Review later in August.
