NOTICE

                       TOWN OF RUTLAND

               ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW

 

     The Annual Comprehensive Plan Review for the Town of Rutland

is currently taking place.  Petitions or proposals to amend

the plan should be submitted in writing to the Town Planning

Commission during January 2010.

Written petitions or proposals may be submitted to the Town

Clerk Dawn George, 4177 Old Stage Rd., Brooklyn, WI 53521.

 

     Any petitions or proposals received will be reviewed by

the Planning Commission at a public hearing to be held on the

fourth Monday of February as stipulated by the Comprehensive Plan.

The Public Hearing to review and discuss any petitions

received will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010, at the

Town Hall, beginning at 6:30 p.m.  The Planning Commission

will then consider any hearing testimony, conduct any further

study and make recommendations for action to the Town Board.

The Town Board will consider any recommendations made and

make the final decisions.
