- Highlights:
- -Various petitions from the planning commission were considered and acted upon as needed.
- -Landfill Groundwater Monitoring Report approved
- -Caucus set for Tuesday, January 17, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
- -Street light permits and locations discussed
- -Patching Trailer has arrived and to be stored by Town of Oregon. Cost to be Shared with Towns of Dunkirk and Oregon.
- -Website bids reviewed; CTF Web Services selected to create new Town of Rutland website
- -Comprehensive Plan for 2005-2024 adopted.
- -Recycling proposal from Waste Management discussed
- -Relocation of Hwy 14: Board approved sending surveys to residents in the affected portion of the Town.
- -Adjourned to closed session to discuss dissolution of the Oregon Fire/EMS District
