SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF THE TOWN OF RUTLAND AND VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN BOARDS

 

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2011 – 6:30 P.M.

AGENDA:

 

1.  Discussion and possible action on Joint Maintenance Agreement for Drainage Pipe System from King Lake  along Hwy 92 to Anderson Pond to Harvey’s Marsh.

 

Rutland attendance:  Chairman Dale Beske, Supervisors Milt Sperle, Jim Lunde, Jeanette Walker and Clerk Dawn George.

 

Motion and second to approve the proposed concept with the discussed changes and to submit proposed agreement to DOT for the insertion of boiler plate language by:

Village of Brooklyn:  Dean Van Den Eng and Jessica Hawkey; motion carried 6-0-1 with Trustee Todd Klahn abstaining.

Town of Rutland:  Milt Sperle and Jeanette Walker; motion carried 4-0.

 

Motion and second to adjourn the joint special meeting:

Village of Brooklyn:  Dean Van Den Eng and Jessica Hawkey; motion carried unanimously

Town of Rutland: Milt Sperle and Jim Lunde; motion carried 4-0.
