Dog Licenses
Property owners are responsible for passing this information on to renters. Dog licenses need to be purchased
before April 30, 2012-Postmark accepted. If a dog is not licensed until after April 30, 2012; a penalty of double thenormal fee will be charged as a late fee, including kennel licenses.
Dog License Applications:
Please send in the following items:
- A completed application card. Contact me if additional cards are needed. Please return unused
cards with tax payment.
- A rabies vaccination certificate from a veterinarian that shows the rabies shots are current.
- A separate check for the dog license AND a self addressed, stamped envelope.
2012 Fees:
Male or Female dog is $20.00.
Neutered/Spayed dog is $15.00.
Kennel of 12 or fewer dogs $100.00. $12.00 per dog in excess of the 12 in a kennel.
- If you are applying for a kennel license, please include a copy of your Conditional Use Permit which allows a
kennel operation. Without this permit, you must pay individually for each dog.
There will be no Rabies Clinic this year at Stoughton Vet Service.
